The filter lasts approximately 2,200 hours of use. When it’s time to replace the filter, the machine will display a red warning light. Please note that the filter is not washable and must be replaced once it has reached the end of its lifespan.

Sterra Moon’s wind speed can be controlled using the Control Sphere/Eye. By putting it at a low speed mode using the SmartLife App or by rolling the eye to nearly closing the sphere, Sterra Moon will operate in silent mode.
Our air purifier filter is not washable. Once it has reached the end of its lifespan, we recommend replacing it with a new filter.
It is normal to smell a plastic smell when the air purifier is switched on for the first time. If the air purifier emits an unpleasant smell after a long period of time, it might be due to a dusty filter or the filter plastic that hasn't been removed
