What is your return or refund policy?Updated 2 months ago

We accept returns for our Sterra products purchases except Sterra Massage Chairs within a 30-day return window. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking number. Once a returned unit has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item, but we are unable to refund the original shipping cost stated in the purchase summary.

For Sterra Massage Chair purchases, please make sure to check everything before finalizing the order. All Sterra Massage Chair orders are final and does not have any return window.  

To be eligible for a return on products aside from Sterra Massage Chair, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return request, please contact our team at [email protected] sharing your order number, a photo of the package to be returned, the number of items to be returned, and the return reason.
