All Sterra products and purchases include a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, which begins on the date the order is received.

Both warranty options cover hardware/software repairs and replacements for items that are deemed faulty due to a manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage. The eligibility for a manufacturer warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Sterra representative.

Please note that the addition of non-Sterra filters to your Sterra Air Purifier will void the manufacturer's warranty.
